CODE OF CONDUCT
At Brands of Scandinavia, we have a Code of Conduct containing a set of rules and principles based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and key UN and International Labour Organisation conventions. All suppliers must sign the Code of Conduct to do business with Brands of Scandinavia. By signing the Code of Conduct suppliers pledge to uphold it content and adhere to standards within animal welfare, anti-corruption, chemicals, environmental protection, health, and safety as well as human rights and labour rights.

LENZING™ ECOVERO™ Fasern werden aus Holz hergestellt – einem natürlichen und erneuerbaren Rohstoff, der sorgfältig aus verantwortungsvoll bewirtschafteten Wäldern stammt. Das aus der Natur entnommene Holz wird bewusst im Einklang mit den Wachstumsraten der Wälder genutzt, um die fortlaufende Verfügbarkeit dieser wertvollen Ressource sicherzustellen.

GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD (GRS)
Brands ofScandinavia is certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), certified by Ecocert Greenlife SAS (Licence number 277739). Only products which carry the GRS label and claim are certified.
What is the GRS?
The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) verifies the recycled content in products and tracks it from the recycling stage through the supply chain to the final product. Products certified to the GRS contain recycled material that has been independently verified at each stage of the supply chain. In addition, facilities involved in processing, from the recycling stage to the final supplier, have met social, environmental and chemical requirements. The standard also restricts the use of specific hazardous chemicals in processing, supporting safer and more responsible production practices.
Recycled content requirement
The GRS applies to products containing at least 20% recycled material. Only products containing at least 50% recycled material are eligible to carry the GRS label.
Certification and auditing
Brands of Scandinavia undergoes an annual audit conducted by an independent certification body to maintain compliance with the standard.
